If you’re looking for a festive way to celebrate with your residents, why not whip up a batch of non-alcoholic margaritas? They’ll have you saying “olé!” Ingredients One 6-ounce can frozen limeade concentrate 3⁄4 cup orange juice 2⁄3 cup unsweetened grapefruit juice Four cups small ice cubes Lemon or lime slices (optional)

Directions In a blender, combine the limeade concentrate, orange juice and grapefruit juice. Cover and blend until smooth. With the blender running, gradually add ice cubes through the hole in the lid, blending until slushy. Pour into festive glasses. If desired, garnish with citrus slices. Makes eight (4-ounce) servings.
