Over the next few weeks, ProMed's website, promedsupply.com, will undergo a series of changes to make the site more user-friendly for you! This week's LTC Connection is devoted to four of the updated features that you'll soon be able to enjoy.

Big Changes are Coming to promedsupply.com

1. A home page that keeps you connected

When you arrive at promedsupply.com, you'll find that it's easier than ever to log in and find what you need. But you won't want to leave the home page right away! While you're there, you can explore the live feed of posts from our blog, promedsupply.blogspot.com, and link to our Facebook, Twitter and LTC Connection pages. You can also view featured products and rotating information about new programs designed to help you improve care, save time and reduce costs.

2. Easier to use

The updated promedsupply.com website will give you easy access to the information that matters most. The site has been organized into three primary sections – Education, Resources and Products. Each section will provide you with targeted information on key ProMed offerings. For example, the Education section contains everything you need to meet your quality care initiatives, from information on our QIS solution, For the Perfect Survey Every Day, to a list of available product in-service guides. The Resources section details financial programs designed to give you an edge and grow your long-term care business, from our blemish-free ProMedB Medicare Part B billing specialists to Compliance Incontinence Management, a Web-based program for sizing, tracking and managing incontinence products. Under the Products section, you'll find the more than 25,000 items from 500 manufacturers that we currently offer.

3. More robust product pages

Our product pages now feature larger images and intuitively organized product information. Next to each product's description, you'll find tabs that connect you to the product's specs/MSDS information, related F-tags, regulatory and product tips and clinical documentation. On each product page, you'll also see a list titled "Recommended Items." The items in this list are ones that our customers commonly purchase when also purchasing the primary product on the page.

4. Upgraded role management

We've ramped up promedsupply.com's role management capabilities. Now you can use multiple levels of permissions to customize what staff members at your facility can see and do on our site. This information is then displayed in a clear, intuitive diagram.

Role management is just part of the update that we've made to our user account section to make navigating to useful tools quicker and easier.
